## Summaries

**Publisher Terms.** Publishers must own or control the domains they embed on, avoid misleading trading claims, and comply with suspension and abuse review decisions.

**Rev-share and payouts.** Payouts are manual and Net-30, based on reconciled builder revenue actually attributed to eligible trades. The minimum payout is \$100, and payouts may be held for abuse review.

**Trading risk.** Prediction market prices can move quickly and trades can lose value. PolyEmbed routes orders to Polymarket and doesn't guarantee execution, liquidity, profitability or availability.

**Prohibited claims.** Publishers may not present prediction market trades as guaranteed returns, financial advice, risk-free activity, or official editorial endorsements by PolyEmbed or Polymarket.
